We scratched that itch!!
Yesterday we left Benson after a six month work assignment. While we had a great time there with some wonderful people, we were glad to hit the road again. I think we are truly "Living the RV Dream" again. We are in Cottonwood, AZ at the Verde Valley Thousand Trails park. It was an easy 260 mile run up I-10 and I17. We will be here two weeks and then head east. While we're here, we'll solidify our route and itinerary. We have a pretty slow web connection so I'll post pictures later when I go to the lodge and use the park Wi-fi. Later today we will pick up our mail at the Cottonwood Post Office and arrange tickets for the Verde Canyon Railroad. Other than that, this will be a 2 week decompression stop and planning for the summer and fall travel schedule.
